About The Position

Ceres AI is transforming how large agricultural organizations and farmland investors understand what is happening in their fields and across their portfolios. Our platform connects field-level data to financial and operational decision making, helping agribusinesses improve crop performance and helping capital managers manage risk and drive portfolio value. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work with some of the most sophisticated agricultural organizations in North America - from large agribusiness operators to farmland investment funds. Your role is to ensure these organizations turn Ceres AI insights into measurable outcomes: better decisions, stronger performance, and deeper long-term partnerships with Ceres.

Requirements

  • 7+ years working with enterprise customers in agribusiness, agricultural technology, or agricultural data platforms.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships with large agribusinesses, farmland investment groups, or agricultural financial organizations.
  • Strong understanding of permanent crops, horticulture, viticulture, or large-scale agricultural operations.
  • Proven ability to translate technical or data-driven products into operational or financial value for customers.
  • Based in the Western United States and able to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with farmland investment funds, agricultural capital managers, or institutional agriculture investors.
  • Background in SaaS customer success, enterprise account management, or post-sale consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with agricultural analytics, remote sensing, crop intelligence, or precision agriculture platforms.
  • Existing network across large agribusinesses or agricultural investment organizations.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams on expansion and renewal strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary success partner for large agribusinesses and agricultural capital management groups using Ceres AI.
  • Translate Ceres insights into operational and financial value across crop performance, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.
  • Help customers integrate Ceres data into their internal decision workflows, reporting processes, and operational reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including farm managers, agronomy leaders, COOs, investment professionals, and asset managers.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews that demonstrate measurable impact and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and implementation of Ceres AI across their organizations.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and outcomes to ensure customers consistently receive value from the platform.
  • Work closely with enterprise sales leaders to support expansion opportunities and renewals within strategic accounts.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape the evolution of the platform.
  • Bring insights from agribusiness operators and farmland investors back into the organization.
  • Help position Ceres AI as a long-term strategic partner to the agriculture ecosystem.
