About The Position
Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for our Arden Hills, MN location. This role involves interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests, as well as managing all internal processes related to customer orders. The Senior Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for providing backup to all other Customer Service Representatives and the Customer Service Manager.
