About The Position

We are hosting an Inclusive Meet & Greet Career event on June 17th, 2025, focused on connecting with talent historically under-represented in financial services. This event is by invitation only and will allow networking with CIBC Leadership to learn more about Senior Customer Service Representative/Financial Services Representative opportunities (Full time & Part time). Candidates will be selected based on job requirements and will be contacted for an initial phone call, invitation, and event details. As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, fostering key relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal goals, providing tailored service, and recommending products and solutions for their financial success. This role requires flexibility to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance and involves on-site full-time work supporting Banking Centers at Toronto Pearson International Airport (Terminals 1 and 3). These locations operate 365 days a year with extended hours, requiring rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. Successful candidates must obtain Transportation Security Clearance from Transport Canada.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.
  • Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and have a valid work or study permit where applicable.
  • Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance from Transport Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
