Senior Customer Insights Manager

CVS Health•Work At Home-Massachusetts, MA
•$82,940 - $182,549

About The Position

The Senior Customer Insights Manager serves as a dedicated insights partner to Merchandising. The role addresses merchant-driven category and subcategory questions by mining and synthesizing insights from Simile, Mintel, and Kantar, then translating research into clear, concise, decision-ready insights. It serves as a subject matter expert in consumer research and category strategy, focusing on synthesizing and enabling insights from existing assets rather than funding new research. A core responsibility is creating and managing category-specific agent banks within Simile. These banks will include category and subcategory buyers, CVS store-brand buyers modeled alongside competitive store brands, and competitive private-label buyers where available. The agent banks are intended to enable consistent evaluation of CVS store brands relative to competitors, faster and more scalable category insights, and deeper understanding of store-brand choice drivers and trade-offs at a category level. This capability does not currently exist and represents a step forward in applying AI to merchandising strategy.
