The AGC Business Alignment and Strategy (BAS) team is looking for the right candidate who wants to have a fundamental impact on how Microsoft’s Cloud is deployed and operated for a specialized customer set, to be involved with one of the most strategically important teams at Microsoft, and to bring a unique blend of technical and business acumen, leadership, creativity, and out-of-the-box systems thinking to the team. We are looking for a mid-senior technical Customer Experience Program Manager (CxPM) with a balance of technical and business expertise, who also demonstrates leadership and the capability to drive progress in large-scale, multi-disciplined programs. You should have industry and customer knowledge, the ability to influence others to achieve results, and have the presence to lead complex and time-sensitive initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to understand industry- and customer-identified demand, triage and drive programs focused on delivering specialized datacenter solutions in support of government customers. These programs may support the leading edge of innovation and will include partnering with stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements needed to drive pilots and other experiments that shape ongoing strategy in delivering new capabilities to our customers. You balance analytical and technical skills with the ability to influence execution teams within CO+I and spread across the rest of Microsoft.
