As a Customer Architect, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead complex technical implementations, and leverage AI to automate workflows and accelerate value delivery. The GrowthLoop Compound Marketing Engine drives compound growth by accelerating the marketing cycle, utilizing Agentic AI powered by customers’ enterprise cloud data. Their composable Customer Data Platform enables AI-driven audiences and journeys across marketing channels, streamlining execution and continuously analyzing performance data for campaign optimization. Hundreds of marketers at enterprises like Google, Costco, and Albertsons rely on GrowthLoop to achieve faster growth with agentic AI, drive measurable campaign results, and maximize marketing ROI. This is a highly technical senior client-facing role that sits at the intersection of solutions architecture, customer success, and AI-native product adoption. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them to deploy and maximize value from the GrowthLoop Compound Marketing Engine, including its AI features. The ideal candidate automates their own workflows, gets genuinely excited about agentic AI patterns, and wants to work at the intersection of cutting-edge data infrastructure and real marketing outcomes.
