About The Position
The Senior Credit Analyst with PlainsCapital Bank is a recognized subject matter expert responsible for independently evaluating the financial condition and creditworthiness of complex commercial clients. This role exercises a high degree of autonomy in conducting advanced financial analysis and takes a proactive approach to mitigating risk within the assigned portfolio. In addition to core responsibilities, the Senior Credit Analyst provides guidance and mentoring to junior analysts, helping to build analytical capabilities across the team. The role also acts as a trusted partner to relationship managers and credit officers by offering well-informed recommendations for structuring credits that align with the bank’s risk tolerance and regulatory expectations.
