We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst II to join our collaborative and high-performing Credit Team. Reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Credit Officer, this role is a key contributor to the Bank's commercial lending success, providing independent credit analysis and underwriting support across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, construction, and commercial & industrial lending relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible commercial credit analysis experience, including underwriting and analyzing complex commercial credit relationships; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, strong judgment, and a desire to develop into future credit leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced credit analysis and underwriting for commercial lending relationships while supporting the Bank’s disciplined credit culture.
  • Serve as a senior resource within the department, helping develop and support other analysts.
  • Prepare for expanded leadership responsibilities within the credit function.
