Success in this role looks like: Consistently developing high-performing creative that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth Leveraging data to inform strategic direction Owning marketing direction & execution across paid social and other key channels for assigned categories Elevating creative quality while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity Acting as a strategic partner to Design, Brand, and Marketing leadership This role plays a critical part in scaling Paid Social performance and expanding new and existing departments into core growth channels.
