We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to drive the ideation and production of content that meaningfully connects with audiences and advances Hudl's business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to produce compelling content that delivers results, with a strong emphasis on writing and shaping the tonal direction for specific markets.

Requirements

  • Creative leadership experience, having led creative work from concept through execution and maintained a vision across long, multi-disciplinary campaigns.
  • Industry know-how and intuition, understanding what hooks work and why, and how to build them into content.
  • Ability to initiate, evaluate, and optimize campaigns constantly.
  • Cross-functional fluency, capable of giving useful, credible direction to design, video, web, and events teams, and building trust with individuals from different fields.
  • Editorial judgment, with a sharp sense for what makes content land and the ability to articulate why in an actionable way for the team.
  • Sport and audience curiosity, possessing the intellectual curiosity and cultural respect to earn the trust of the target audience.
  • AI-forward mindset, fluently using emerging AI tools in the creative process while retaining clear judgment about the output.

Nice To Haves

  • A strong writing background, particularly in copywriting, with campaign experience.
  • Agency experience, having worked in an agency creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish content consistently across various channels, including campaigns and social media, to build the voice of the market through blog posts, social media, video storytelling, and product marketing.
  • Own the creative strategy by initiating original concepts, managing them from brief to execution, holding the creative vision across campaigns, and making real-time decisions to maintain intent.
  • Demonstrate fluency in the sport or sports served, understanding its culture, vocabulary, community, and unwritten rules to engage credibly with coaches and players.
  • Own the creative content by having a sharp instinct for what makes a message land, ensuring compelling headlines and payoffs, and acting as the editorial conscience of the market.
  • Use AI fluently as a drafting tool while maintaining clear creative judgment on the output.
  • Lead across disciplines by collaborating with creative professionals in design, video, events, and web, and working with channel owners in social, lifecycle, and paid media.
  • Understand design, video, and web principles sufficiently to provide useful briefs and feedback without over-directing or micromanaging.
  • Surface problems early by running valuable creative reviews, providing specific and actionable feedback, and identifying creative issues before they become production problems.
