Role Summary We are looking for a senior creative coordinator to drive high-quality creative execution across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution. You will translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, campaigns, and content while managing timelines, quality, and delivery. You are expected to own output, set standards, and raise the creative bar across the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative coordination, brand design, content production, or creative project management.
  • Strong portfolio across branding, digital campaigns, social content, and visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social, e-commerce, and retail creative best practices.
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Experience working with consumer brands, retail, and lifestyle companies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Execution Translate brand strategy and campaign goals into high-performing creative assets.
  • Lead concept development for campaigns, product launches, seasonal drops, and retail activations.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Content & Asset Production Coordinate production of creative assets including digital content, campaign creatives, and social media content.
  • Manage internal creatives, freelancers, and designers.
  • Oversee shoot planning, mood boards, shot lists, and production schedules.
  • Project Management Own creative timelines and deliverables across multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Manage creative workflows from briefing to final delivery.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Brand Quality Control Enforce brand standards, visual consistency, and storytelling excellence.
  • Review all creative output before release.
  • Continuously refine brand guidelines and creative playbooks
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales teams to align creative execution with commercial goals.
  • Translate business objectives into strong creative narratives.
