Creative Coordinator Key Attributes Above reproach and mature in Christ-like character Values excellence and intentionality Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic - managing time and tasks effectively Able to lead individuals and teams to accomplish objectives Motivated to learn and teachable Strong in written/interpersonal communication; proficient in Google Suite and MS Office Creative thinker and problem solver, experienced in design &/or graphic design Reports To Multi-Campus Service Programming Director (Atl Hwy SPD) Responsibilities Creative guest experience Lead the creative process & implementation for decor & experiences, including photo spots, giveaways, & activities Lead contractors in implementing creative plans Lead the creative design process for Athens I Love You merchandise sold at the store, & work with various companies to obtain products Regularly meet with the Lead Producer & the Guest Services staff to plan & prepare unique guest experiences Creative in service programming Assist with development of creative elements for our worship services, including things like hosting, games, video assets, etc. Manage projects with the Lead Producer for elements like video shoots, creative meetings, & large events like Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, & Nights of Worship Assist SPD staff with design elements in to create visual cohesion across digital platforms & campus locations for a unified multi-campus approach with graphics and scenic design Participate in AC Staff life and Staff Culture Actively participate in staff meetings, communications, and SPD team meetings Fully engage in the life of the church through serving, connecting, giving, and inviting Schedule 20-hours per week, Monday through Thursday Location Athens, Georgia Department Service Programming Employment Type Part-Time
