About The Position

We are looking for a senior business leader who combines deep industry expertise with strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and delivery oversight to drive transformational initiatives across North America and Europe. You will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology executives within leading CPG organizations, defining engagement strategies, value roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics aligned with client business objectives. You will also oversee complex project and program portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and effective risk management, while leading critical phases of strategic initiatives and providing executive-level guidance during escalations. Additionally, you will support the growth and development of C&F's CPG consulting capabilities and industry offerings, build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, contribute to account growth strategies, and mentor consulting and delivery professionals to support capability development and organizational growth.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience
Strong experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
Expertise in one or more business domains such as Sales, Trade Promotion, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Revenue Growth Management
Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy with execution
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across the US and Europe

Nice To Haves

Experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology-enabled change.
Project and program management experience.
Familiarity with enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
