Requirements

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school (or equivalent)
3+ years of experience
Excellent Project Management skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead internal attorney for various businesses, including contracts, commercial and other legal matters.
Opportunity to lead other legal matters within various businesses, including those relating to HR, M&A, environmental, product liability and commercial litigation.
Assist and manage projects initiated by the legal department and/or senior management of the Company, including taking the lead on policy revisions and corporate administrative matters; research laws, codes and regulations and provide interpretative guidance; coordinate and/or manage projects, as needed, including ensuring the timely coordination of document review with both internal and outside counsel, as well as coordination with Company’s personnel and senior management; review and monitor outside counsel’s monthly invoices and expenses.
