Senior Cost Recovery Estimating Analyst
About The Position
The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Cost Recovery Estimating Analyst to join our Cost Recovery Team supporting the 767 & 777 packages located in Everett, WA. This position will directly engage with cross-functional teams & Executives which support the 767 & 777 programs. This focal will be accountable for the expedient fact finding, processing & timely delivery of Cost Recovery impact estimates; specifically analyzing large production datasets, developing defensible cost estimates, preparing evidence-backed claims, and quantifying supplier-failure impacts. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and critical thinking. They will also possess strong presentation and data-analysis skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
- 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

- Leads effective communication by presenting accurate actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders & executive leadership
