Sargent and Lundy is seeking an individual capable of handling various roles in project management, including cost estimating, project engineering, and scheduling and project controls. In this hybrid role, you will spend three days a week in the office and two days remotely. You will also understand and apply appropriate mark-ups and productivity factors, coordinate information flow and schedules with project team members, organize and input cost and quantity information into the existing database, and prepare cash flow, escalation, and interest calculations. Additionally, you will develop Estimate Basis documents, coordinate with engineering to obtain and validate quantities, scope definitions, drawings, and equipment lists, and author and lead the development of engineering equipment lists and engineering studies and reports. The role also involves implementing project controls and project management tools and methodology, performing CPI/SPI calculations using earned value principles, and assisting project teams in reconciling estimates against budgets, bids, and actual costs, providing variance explanations.
