Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a cost accounting role.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, ERP and EPM applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter with proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Well organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail and follows through on execution.
  • Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
  • Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to the success of the Company.
  • This role may require up to 5% travel. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or light assembly industry experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream EPM.
  • Advanced professional accreditation (CMA, CPA and/or MBA).
