About The Position

The Senior Corporate Recruiter is a strategic talent partner responsible for leading the recruitment of mid-to-senior level corporate roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director positions. This role will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, mentor and support other recruiters, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting with a heavy emphasis on sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level corporate roles across multiple business functions.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain inclusive pipelines of qualified talent through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.
  • Facilitate hiring manager training on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and organizational goals.
