About The Position

A rapidly expanding manufacturing organization is looking for a passionate, driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team in the New London County. This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible, high-impact role during a major site expansion, supporting high-volume hiring as we launch new production shifts and build brand-new teams. You’ll manage 40 active requisitions, many of them newly created roles tied directly to company growth. You’ll be a key driver of hiring velocity during a pivotal expansion phase. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations and leadership, making a real, visible impact every day. Success in this role can lead to long-term career growth as the organization continues to scale. This is a fully onsite role within a manufacturing setting, with time split between office work and close collaboration on the production floor. You’ll be embedded with operational teams, gaining firsthand insight into the roles you hire for. Requirements

  • 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse or manufacturing roles such as: Warehouse Associate CNC Machinist Programmer
  • Ability to juggle 15–20 requisitions at once without losing momentum or quality.
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems and ADP.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or high-volume environment.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Background in agency recruiting or hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and stay organized in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, prioritize urgent needs, and keep hiring moving efficiently.
  • Deliver end-to-end candidate communication, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact through offer.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Manage requisitions and candidate flow using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all agency submissions align with preferred vendor and hiring guidelines.
  • Support onboarding handoffs and track start dates to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment.
