Requirements

Experienced: 2–4 years of proven success in high-volume recruiting (corporate or agency), ideally with exposure to upper leadership roles.
Influential: Confident in leading conversations with executives and hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and shaping recruiting decisions.
Adaptable: Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and adapting quickly without losing sight of long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting process from writing attention-grabbing postings to closing candidates and ensuring a strong start on day one.
Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert, advising leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and beyond.
Drive results in a high-volume environment, you’re measured by impact, and you deliver.
Contribute to weekly leadership meetings, offering insights and strategies to elevate hiring outcomes across the company.
Collaborate with teammates to hit aggressive hiring targets that directly impact DaBella’s growth trajectory.
