About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process across retail, corporate functions, and the distribution center. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire high-quality talent that drives business performance. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in maintaining a strong, consistent workforce while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. As a brand ambassador, this position ensures employment messaging reflects the company's values, culture, and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Proven ability to proactively source and pipeline talent using social media and direct outreach.
  • Experience supporting multiple functions and managing a high volume of requisitions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality while delivering high-caliber candidates.
  • Willingness to work five days per week onsite at the Corporate office in Hartland, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate, retail, and distribution operations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Create compelling job postings aligned with the company's brand voice and culture.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate debrief discussions in partnership with HR.
  • Deliver timely communication and feedback to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and overall candidate experience.
