SUMMARY In support of the Human Capital Team Mission and Vision, the Recruiter recommends, develops, executes, monitors and evaluates recruitment and talent management strategies to ensure Welltower is well positioned to attract and retain top talent. Partnering with hiring managers across the organization, this role is responsible for ensuring that Welltower’s open positions and future workforce projections are filled with “the right people” in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner, while continuously pursuing best practices that will create a sustainable competitive advantage for Welltower. You’ll need to be passionate about identifying talent, creating inclusive sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships inside and outside of the organization.
