About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter that will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key functions. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, consultative partnership, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related field
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment
  • Proven ability to recruit for complex or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail in completing tasks and reviewing work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
  • Proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking appropriate action independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting data and presenting insights.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across corporate functions
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, high-quality talent
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Manage and improve the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies
  • Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting programs
