About The Position

This position will provide guidance and support to the QAC department while supporting quality functions in North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate planning, management consulting, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and management principles.
• Advanced abilities in data analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze information and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with executive goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial or operational variances, and report business performance to senior leadership.
• Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities or potential risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure to align departmental objectives with overall corporate strategy.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate business development opportunities, including market expansion, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
