Brightstar Lottery is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paralegal to play a pivotal role in supporting our Corporate Secretary and Subsidiary Maintenance teams within the Legal Department. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced organization that values precision, collaboration, and innovation. As a key member of our legal team, you’ll help ensure the integrity of our corporate governance and compliance processes. Your responsibilities will include: Board & Committee Support: Prepare materials for Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings, and manage follow-up actions with precision. Policy Enforcement: Assist in implementing and monitoring the Company’s securities trading policy. Regulatory Filings: Support NYSE and SEC filings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Subsidiary Management: Form, register, and maintain records for subsidiaries and branches, including drafting annual reports, resolutions, consents, and powers of attorney. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CTAdvantage/hCue
  • Familiarity with a Board management platform (e.g. Diligent, BoardWorks)
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
