Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Corporate Paralegal position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to the company’s legal department in connection with corporate governance, entity management, regulatory filings, and contract administration. This position also supports the Chief Human Resources Officer on matters involving employment compliance, policy documentation, and coordination of corporate and HR-related legal needs. Ensures compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws by maintaining accurate corporate records, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with internal departments and external counsel, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
  • Experience with legal research and analysis

Responsibilities
