About The Position

Corporate Paralegal & Legal Execution Maintain and manage corporate records, including entity documents, minute books, and required filings for domestic and international subsidiaries Assist with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities, including preparation of routine corporate documentation, organizational documents and annual filings Support litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters through document management, deadline tracking, and coordination Contract Coordination & Administration Serve as a primary point of coordination for contract requests and related legal work among internal attorneys, outside counsel, and business stakeholders Track contract status, milestones, revisions, and execution progress to support timely completion Manage contract organization, filing, renewal tracking, and obligation follow up Legal Operations Support Coordinate and communicate the status of legal matters across teams, applying effective legal project management Manage the receipt and tracking of outside counsel invoices in alignment with matter records and approved engagements, and support attorneys in monitoring status and documentation through established workflows Maintain tracking and reporting to provide visibility into matter level activity and related legal spend, and coordinate with attorneys and Finance to resolve invoice or matter coding questions as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. 5+ experience as a corporate paralegal or legal professional in a corporate legal department or law firm Experience supporting contracts, corporate records, and coordination with outside counsel Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document or contract management systems The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $40-45/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements
