About The Position

Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions. Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations. Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal legal counsel oversight. Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery management. Train, mentor, and review work of junior paralegals and support staff. Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors' degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Diligent entities database access requests, maintenance and updates
  • Prepare and send requests for execution of consents, POAs and other documents via e‑signature portals (DocuSign, Boardvantage)
  • Assist with procuring and renewing U.S. state business licenses
  • Submit invoices / submit agreements to contract system
  • Coordinate unclaimed property claims with outside vendor
  • Ad hoc research and special projects - assumed names, etc.
  • Collate and distribute org chart changes
  • Assist with SEC Section 16 filings for directors and officers
