Requirements

Bachelors’ degree and paralegal certificate.
Minimum of 8 years corporate paralegal experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to create and work within a defined schedule.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, resolutions and other corporate filings.
Conduct comprehensive research on various legal issues, regulations, and case law.
Analyze and summarize the findings to assist attorneys in making informed decisions and developing legal strategies.
Assist in drafting and maintaining corporate policies, monitor compliance deadlines, and help prepare necessary reports and filings for regulatory agencies.
Provide support for any litigation by gathering and organizing relevant documents, preparing deposition summaries, drafting legal pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation.
Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external attorneys, and other stakeholders, helping to facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure that relevant parties receive necessary legal information and updates.
