About The Position

Propark Mobility is searching for a Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership position for someone who thrives in structure, accountability, and driving results across a complex, fast-growing organization. As the Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic operator and execution leader, partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure people strategies are disciplined, compliant, and consistently delivered across the business. You will be a critical force in strengthening the employee experience while maintaining the rigor and clarity that high-performing teams demand. You will play a key role in scaling and reinforcing a best-in-class HR function, ensuring leaders across the organization have the guidance, tools, and consistency needed to perform at their highest level.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with demonstrated experience managing employees and leading teams.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in multi-site, fast-paced environments
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Exceptional ability to influence and guide senior leaders
  • High level of organizational discipline, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or operationally complex industries is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations with a focus on consistency, compliance, and efficiency
  • Partner with regional and corporate leaders on workforce planning, talent, and retention
  • Provide expert-level guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Lead and support HR reporting, metrics, and data-driven insights
  • Contribute to training initiatives, policy updates, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and consistency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce and labor matters
  • Support union-related questions and grievance processes
  • Ensure leaders are trained and equipped to handle employee relations effectively
  • Maintain deep expertise in employment law and HR compliance
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on audits and initiatives
  • Drive policy clarity, interpretation, and consistent application
  • Support organization-wide HR compliance training
  • Guide leadership on performance management, corrective action, and PIPs
  • Support workforce changes including promotions, restructuring, and terminations
  • Coach leaders to confidently manage and develop their teams
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience across all locations
  • Support onboarding, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Act as a key liaison across HR, operations, and external partners
