About The Position

The Senior, Corporate FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. This position partners with business leaders across the global enterprise to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational and financial performance across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, operational accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience.
Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

MBA, CFA, or CPA.
Mining, energy, rare earth elements, metals making, magnet making, manufacturing, industrial, or field operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Manage enterprise financial planning system and maintain monthly activities.
Prepare monthly management and operations reporting packages.
Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation.
Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending, headcount, and capital allocation.
Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Develop operational KPIs and management dashboards.
Support capital project reporting and cost tracking.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Assist with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations.
