Senior Corporate Associate / Corporate Counsel – New York

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Associate or Corporate Counsel with strong M&A experience to join our New York office. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high‑value transactions—including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital/start‑up matters, growth equity and minority investments, and other strategic transactions—within a Legal 500–ranked, nationally recognized M&A practice. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a clear, well‑supported, and realistic path to partnership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of meaningful M&A and general corporate transactional experienc
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client‑management abilities
- Admission to the New York Bar is required

Responsibilities
- Lead major components of complex M&A and corporate transactions
- Manage certain deals independently
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm and directly with clients
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction agreements
- Directing and reviewing diligence
- Supervising and mentoring junior associates
