This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, with minimal travel required. You will work at the corporate accounting level, interacting with all elements of insurance financial management — including investments, risk management, and tax. Position Summary The Senior Corporate Accountant is a high-impact role responsible for driving accuracy and integrity across the company's general ledger. This position owns the full cycle of account reconciliations, resolution of complex reconciling items, and monthly journal entry preparation. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical accounting foundation, honed through public accounting or a similarly rigorous environment, and is ready to apply that expertise in a dynamic corporate setting. The role also contributes to broader accounting and reporting functions, Unclaimed Property compliance, and special projects as business needs evolve.
