About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to help shape how the Cole Haan brand comes to life. This role is ideal for a versatile writer and creative thinker with exceptional craft, strong conceptual skills, and a passion for building brands. From seasonal campaigns and product storytelling to digital experiences and emerging platforms, you'll help create work that is elevated, engaging, and distinctly Cole Haan.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of copywriting experience in consumer goods, retail, fashion, lifestyle, advertising, or an in-house creative environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and exceptional writing across multiple channels.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns and translating ideas across digital and physical experiences.
  • Ability to move fluidly between brand storytelling and product-focused communication.
  • Strong understanding of voice, tone, and messaging systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling copy across a wide range of channels, including campaigns, digital, email, social, retail, paid media, and product storytelling.
  • Partner closely with designers, creative and marketing teams, merchandising, and cross-functional partners to bring integrated ideas to life.
  • Translate seasonal narratives and brand strategies into clear, engaging customer-facing content.
  • Contribute to creative concepting and campaign development.
  • Write headlines, body copy, scripts, and editorial content that balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Help maintain and evolve the Cole Haan voice across channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Present work clearly and confidently and incorporate feedback with agility.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance ideation and creative development.
