About The Position

Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement. Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes. The Time & Labor Management team manages a high volume, fast-paced process in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for continuously expanding responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
  • Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping
  • Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
  • Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow‑through until resolution.
  • Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
