About The Position

Provides operational support and performs basic-to-complex provider data transaction maintenance and cleanup. Handles more complex data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations. Works with other departments to ensure provider data quality for members and may act as a team lead. Maintains provider demographic and contract information, including contractually sensitive or complex transactions, in systems supporting claims adjudication and provider directories. Collaborates with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements. Provides technical or functional leadership within the unit, validates system enhancements, and identifies, researches, and conducts root cause analyses of provider data issues. Collaborates across the organization to recommend process improvements and conducts audits of provider information, escalating issues as appropriate.

Requirements

2–4 years of Provider Data Services background.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and make accurate records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations.
Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated ability to use analytical and independent-thinking skills.
2–4 years of EPDB experience.

Responsibilities
