About The Position

Our Global Operations & Quality team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease. You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world. The Senior Production Suppler Coordinator provides operational and administrative support in production supply to ensure the proper storage, recordkeeping, inventory counts, and conditions of storage, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years previous work experience.
  • Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English.
  • Good math skills, equivalent with high school education level.
  • Ability to accurately perform semi-routine work such as material picking, sorting, and cycle counting, including higher level JDE and other related system operation, updates, and investigations.
  • In-depth knowledge of component part numbers compatibility with work orders.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.

  • Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes.
  • Computer proficiency, e.g., email, JDE, and electronic documentation systems.
  • Forklift certification for operation of golf cart, preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.
  • Work in a team environment with immediate colleagues, other departments, and supervisor, including inter-departmental teams.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and store materials in designated warehouse locations to facilitate ease of access and retrieval including proposing changes to storage layouts.
  • Perform daily cycle counts per established schedule and reconcile discrepancies, including researching root cause and escalating to supervisor for resolution, as needed.
  • May perform training verifications and revision checks at the start of shift.
  • Update work order status in Sharepoint Access Database to ensure all parties have up-to-date status on all materials.
  • Drive the development of measurements and metrics in the monitoring of inventory movement and participate in continuous process improvement within the area.
  • General work area housekeeping, photocopying, work performance documentation, expediting material movement from receiving warehouse by physically moving materials.
