About The Position

Performs a variety of administrative and analytical support duties for the S&T Long-Term Portfolio. Supports daily portfolio operations, coordinates meetings and communications, maintains portfolio tools and records, and provides high-level administrative support in a dynamic multinational environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Demonstrated professional presence and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Maintain LTP - S&T Research Portfolio SharePoint pages, including event calendar, access, content, distribution lists, and team records
  • Maintain portfolio S&T distribution lists
  • Update content in the S&T Project Portal
  • Schedule and manage Long-Term Portfolio meetings; coordinate with administrative partners to adjust meetings as needed throughout the year
  • Support facilitation of LTP meetings and events, including coordination with S&T Events, Media Services, and Communications teams
  • Document and maintain standard portfolio procedures and content maintenance schedules
  • Provide scheduling support to LTP portfolio leaders for large portfolio-related meetings
  • Provide complex calendaring and administrative support for a director, including domestic and international travel coordination, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Support project and program leaders with project closeout processes
