About The Position

As the Senior Coordinator, Field Operations, you will help manage field inventory, support the sales organization, and drive efficient inventory processes across multiple systems. This role involves evaluating and processing sample orders, coordinating inventory transfers, and serving as a primary point of contact for sample inventory inquiries. You will also support sample audit activities, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and process field asset transactions within ERP systems. Additionally, you will partner with IT and Analytics teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and drive business improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years’ relevant work experience
• Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical devices, customer service or customer-oriented background
• Experience using SAP, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process sample orders for capital and base equipment
• Coordinate inventory transfers and account setup activities for sales representative transitions, including new hire onboarding
• Maintain strong partnerships with sales representatives and serve as a primary point of contact for sample inventory inquiries
• Support sample audit activities, ensuring process compliance and accurate transaction processing in SAP
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Process and monitor field asset transactions within ERP systems while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Partner with IT and Analytics teams to support inventory applications, reporting tools, and business requirements
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and measurable business improvements
