Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Strong Capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications require
• Experience coordinating with third party contractors

Responsibilities

• Support in office workstation moves and repairs for employees
• Provide coordination for maintenance requests
• Support set up for onsite special events & meetings inclusive of room arrangements (chairs, stages, podiums etc.)
• Lead internal deliveries including box truck responsibility
• Coordinate with 3rd party housekeeping and maintenance contracted staff as needed
• Oversee and support any building repairs and/or inspections
• Assist in organization and assignments of corporate and offsite storage facilities
• Collaborate with groundskeeping and mailroom functions as needed
• Stay connected with our Sustainability team to ensure alignment to various goals/initiatives
