The Senior Controls Engineer provides high-level technical expertise, leads engineering efforts on complex projects, and mentors junior staff while ensuring quality, safety, and client requirements are met. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
• Expert-level work ethic and strong reliability.
• Advanced expertise in hardware panel design.
• Advanced expertise in PLC programming.
• Solid proficiency in general HMI programming.
• Working knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and drive controllers.
• Advanced expertise in PPE requirements and overall safety awareness.
• Strong individual resourcefulness.
• Ability to adapt readily when work dates and times need to change.
• Experience with Ford NextGen/GVOSS (expert in system hardware design, connectivity, custom panel design, logic design, HMI design).
• Experience with GM G22 (expert in system hardware design, connectivity, custom panel design, logic design, HMI design).
• Experience with Legacy PLC5 (expert in system hardware design, connectivity, custom panel design, logic design, HMI design).
• Travel to job sites as needed.

• Any experience with Legacy PLC5 is a bonus.
