Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
Advanced knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).
Proficiency in HMI/SCADA platforms (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Ignition, Wonderware).
Experience with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).
Strong understanding of servo systems, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.
Familiarity with NFPA 70E, UL508A, and CE standards.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for commissioning.

Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and motion control platforms.
Program and debug PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Create HMI/SCADA interfaces and dashboards for machine/user interaction.
Develop electrical schematics using E Plan or similar software.
Oversee panel design and interface with panel shops and vendors.
Lead the commissioning and startup of equipment at customer sites (domestic and international).
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams during project execution.
Document all code, system designs, and processes for maintainability.
Train and mentor junior controls engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
