Join a team that’s shaping the future of smart, sustainable buildings across Ohio—including a growing footprint in the Columbus market. As a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer, you will design intelligent systems that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance in facilities such as schools, hospitals, government buildings, and commercial spaces. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the early-stage growth of our Columbus operations, helping to establish a strong technical presence and build relationships with local customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative regional team driving innovation across new and existing markets, with opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects and influence how we deliver solutions in Central Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and documentation of building automation systems that support intelligent, energy-efficient building operations. This includes developing equipment-level wiring schematics, point layouts, control sequences, hardware selection, network architecture, and system integration strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project specifications, customer expectations, and industry standards. This position reports directly to the Branch Engineering Supervisor and offers a clear path for professional growth, including opportunities to mentor junior engineers and advance into senior technical or leadership roles. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days remote per week.
