Senior Control Engineers play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our largest projects and developing the standards and training we use as a firm. Sr. Engineers are valuable mentors to engineers, contributing significantly to the field through their expertise and leadership. Sr. Engineers play a significant role in business development by leveraging their expertise in client meetings as well as proposal development. reserved for most senior engineering professionals who may remain in this role for majority of their career; recognized as technical experts in field, individuals on Project Manager track will frequently skip this level.
