As the Claremont Fiber Senior Controller, you'll partner with leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to build a strong financial foundation and support business growth. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of previous experience in accounting or controlling.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience coordinating capital budgets.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, CGMA, OR CMA professional certification

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
• Provide insights and forecasts that help drive informed business decisions.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Complete forecasts, budgets, and capital planning that include ROI analysis, expenditure tracking, and financial justification for investments.
• Partner with plant leadership to achieve productivity improvements, cost savings, and budget commitments.
• Oversee inventory and product costing. Ensure accurate inventory controls and maintain cost standards for all products.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Ensure all financial reporting is accurate through timely month-end close activities, audit support, and adherence to corporate accounting standards.
