• 5+ years facilitating executive/stakeholder meetings.
• Advanced ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
• Expertise overseeing full contract lifecycle: needs identification, drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, compliance, and closure.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFCM or CPCM certification (or equivalent current Agile/Scrum certification).
