This role leads to contract analysis, change order management, claim mitigation, risk identification, and legal letter drafting to protect the organization’s commercial and legal interests. The Senior Contract Manager provides strategic contractual guidance to commercial, operations, projects, warranty, and service teams, drives base contract language revisions, and develops procedures to support best practices. This role spearheads customer and stakeholder relationships within an assigned portfolio, coordinates cross-functional resolution of contract disputes, and ensures compliance with organizational policies. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to influence business outcomes through proactive contract oversight and risk management.
