The position will support the day-to-day operations of contracting activities in accordance with company policies, contractual and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include "cradle-to-grave" contracting including RFP analysis, pricing, negotiation, administration, contract file documentation and maintenance, financial analysis and reporting, trouble-shooting, property reporting, and close-out. Includes processing and reviewing NDAs, teaming agreements, and Joint Ventures. Liaison with Program Managers, budgeting personnel, Contracting Officers, DCAA and DCMA.
