About The Position

IronMountain solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator. Contract Administrator is required to administer various complex government or commercial contracts such as CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, GWAC, BPA from cradle to grave. Job Duties: Responsible for contract review, negotiations, preparation and administration of contractual documents and customer interface from award to project close-out Strong working knowledge of FARs, DFARs, and GSA regulations The ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines. May prepare, review and negotiate Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements. Ensures timely processing of technical reports and deliverables. Interfaces with multiple levels of operations personnel and administrative staff related to contract issues and actions. Tracks and monitors the execution of tasks May be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and Word While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of FARs, DFARs, and GSA regulations
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others in various roles in and outside of the company
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to change.
  • Must have the ability to work well with others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Contract Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract administration is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of DFAR/FAR Data Rights is desired
  • Experience administering Express and/or OASIS+ contracts is desired
