About The Position

The position will support the day-to-day operations of contracting activities in accordance with company policies, contractual and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include "cradle-to-grave" contracting including RFP analysis, pricing, negotiation, administration, contract file documentation and maintenance, financial analysis and reporting, trouble-shooting, property reporting, and close-out. Includes processing and reviewing NDAs, teaming agreements, and Joint Ventures. Liaison with Program Managers, budgeting personnel, Contracting Officers, DCAA and DCMA. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years direct experience working as a government employee/contractor in contracts/pricing or subcontracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Management, or other related field preferred).
  • Additional related, progressive experience in contracts/pricing/subcontracts may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite to include extensive experience with Excel.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice To Haves

  • Unanet experience with Contract Module experience desired.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and various contract types (to include, IDIQ, BPA, Cost, T&M, and Fixed Price), GSA Schedules, and OTAs.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills are required.
  • Competent public speaker.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and competing deadline environment.
